Vegas Roaming // Chamangos Y Helado

The freshest and most delicious kind of ice cream you can get around town comes from a little hidden place called "La Flor De Michoacan". An authentic Mexican paleteria, found on the east side of town, this eclectic gem boasts ice creams of all flavors, paletas, aguas frescas, mexican antojitos, tacos, and other delicious things that are near and dear to us Hispanic folks. Me and my cousin, Viri headed over for an afternoon delight, justifying our trip by celebrating the ending days of summer. We decided to get a chamango (which chunks of mango, mango ice cream, chamoy, chili powder, and a tamarindo candy stick, a true gastritis inducing treat that is so delicious you won't even care) and a scoop of delicious key lime sorbet or nieve de limon. Not just any lime sorbet, THE lime sorbet. It has that true key lime taste, sweet and tart at the same time, with that refreshing tinge of cool at the end. It's perfection, seriously.

So if you need that sweet tooth satisfied, check this place out, you'll be amazed at how delicious that Tequila ice cream really tastes!
